This Privacy Policy explains how LucidVR ("we", "us") handles information when you use the app. Our telemetry is limited to Unity Analytics for understanding app performance and usage.
What we collect (Unity Analytics)
- Usage events (e.g., feature interactions) that help us understand what’s used and what’s not.
- Device / technical data typically used for diagnostics (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, locale).
- Approximate session information (e.g., session length, stability/performance signals).
What we do not collect
- No names, emails, phone numbers, or account credentials (unless you separately provide them outside analytics).
- No precise GPS location.
- No personal content from your videos.
How we use data
- Improve features and UX.
- Diagnose crashes and performance issues.
- Measure aggregate usage (not "tracking you" across unrelated apps).
Sharing
Analytics data is processed by Unity as our service provider for Unity Analytics. We do not sell personal data.
Your choices (opt-out)
If LucidVR provides an in-app toggle for "Usage Analytics", you can disable analytics collection at any time. When disabled, the app should stop sending Unity Analytics events.
Data retention
We retain analytics data only as long as needed for the purposes above, subject to Unity’s retention settings and policies.
Children
LucidVR is not intended for children under the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to data processing.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll revise the effective date above when we do.
